About PhysioFitness

PhysioFitness physiotherapy was established in 2007 after it’s founder, John Manders completed both a Sports Science degree followed by a Physiotherapy degree.  He wanted to bridge the gap between being injured, getting back into fitness and then staying fit and active, hence the name PhysioFitness.

Located in Maidenhead, the clinic offers ample on-site parking, a clean and well equipped treatment room, gym room, waiting area and toilet facilities. PhysioFitness provides services for people living and working in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas, including (but not limited to) Cookham, Bray, Marlow, Windsor, Burnham, Bourne End and High Wycombe.  However, due to the reputation, some come from much further afield than this for their treatment.

How Our Physiotherapy Process Supports Your Recovery

At the heart of what the clinic offers is providing expert physiotherapy services for those in need of help with musculoskeletal conditions and orthopaedic rehabilitation following surgery. The ethos is about offering private healthcare in a caring and non-judgemental way treating all people as if they were your our own family members. The clinic treats all manor of physical conditions for people of all ages from 12 years onwards. The many presentations seen include sports injuries, complex physical trauma rehabilitation, day to day aches and pains and posture correction.

PhysioFitness also offers various exercise classes including Pilates, Fab Abs and Golf specific fitness, to support people in maintaining a healthy and more active lifestyle.
