A sports injury is any injury resulting from physical activity that goes beyond the demands of normal daily life. This includes contact injuries from impact or collision, as well as non-contact injuries from awkward movements, overstretching, or simply doing too much too soon. Common examples we treat include:
Sprains and strains (ligament, tendon and muscle tears), Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, sciatica aggravated by sport, and post-surgical rehabilitation for procedures like ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and arthroscopy.
One of the most common scenarios we see is the returning athlete — someone coming back after a long break, or a newcomer who has taken up a sport with great enthusiasm but whose body hasn’t yet built the capacity to cope with the new demands. In these cases, injury is often very preventable with the right progressive approach from the start. We’ll help you understand what happened and why, so you’re not back in our clinic with the same problem six months down the line.
We combine clinical expertise with personalized care to speed up your healing and boost long-term performance. With a focus on safety, technique, and progress, your recovery journey is in trusted hands.

No two injuries or athletes are the same. Your treatment plan is built around your sport, your body, and your goals
We treat the full range of sports and activity-related injuries including sprains and strains, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, knee injuries, and shoulder problems. We also provide post-surgical rehabilitation following procedures such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and joint arthroscopy.
Recovery time varies depending on the type and severity of your injury, your fitness level, and how your body responds to treatment. We'll give you a realistic timeframe at your initial assessment and keep you updated as your recovery progresses.
No, you can self-refer and book directly with us. If we identify anything during your assessment that requires further investigation or medical input, we'll advise you accordingly.
We'll clear you to return when your strength, movement and confidence meet the demands of your sport not simply when the pain has gone. Returning too early is one of the most common causes of re-injury, so we take this stage seriously.
